Our meditation classes are suitable for beginners and do not require any previous knowledge or experience. Also, if you are interested in deepening your own meditation practise, you will benefit from attending and experiencing the meditations and atmosphere of our classes. The classes are based on the teachings of Sri Chinmoy and we give considerable importance to meditation on the spiritual heart.
